Organizational Consulting (The Architect)

This is a comprehensive, multi-year overhaul of your church’s structural, cultural, and strategic health. Because organizational transformation cannot happen without healthy leaders, this tier fully integrates Tier 1 and Tier 2 coaching for your primary pastors.

Duration: 24 months (minimum)

Integrated Leader Care

Includes Tier 1 & Tier 2 coaching for the pastor(s) and key ministry leaders, plus 24 hours of supplementary crisis consulting over the two-year span.

Year 1: Implementing Strategic Learning

We do not guess; we diagnose. Year 1 is dedicated to taking the church apart, examining the pieces, and realigning them to the mission.

  • Analysis: Deep-dive evaluations of organizational culture, climate, and structure. We conduct SWOT analyses, audit communication and decision-making pipelines, and evaluate financial health.
  • Focus: Strategic evaluation and realignment of your organizational identity, vision, core values, mission, and goals.
  • Alignment: Creating absolute clarity around the focus elements. We identify strategic priorities, source and allocate resources, and establish objective performance measures.
  • Execution: Guiding the leadership team and Elder/Deacon boards through the execution of the new alignment.

    Year 2: Equipping & Sustaining

    Consultants who stay forever are just expensive crutches. Year 2 is about handing the keys back to a newly formed leadership engine.

    • Transition: Shifting the responsibility of the strategic learning systems back to the pastoral and lay leadership.

    • Equipping: Training your leaders to oversee and run these systems independently to prevent regression.

    • Targeted Interventions: Providing direct, surgical organizational interventions as needed to protect the newly established culture.
